"Can She Do It? A Real Life Otome Game" (Japanese: できるかな？リアル乙女ゲー Dekiru ka na? Riaru otome gē) is the first episode of the Watashi ga Motete Dousunda series.
The opening theme of this episode is Prince×Prince and the ending theme is Dokidoki no Kaze.

Plot
"I love seeing guys get along more than anything!" Kae Serinuma is a chubby second-year high school fujoshi who enjoys entertaining her wild thoughts by shipping boys together in yaoi pairings. Every day she enjoys discussing her fujoshi flavored fantasies with her like-minded friend, A-chan. One night, as Kae watches the latest episode of the Mirage Saga anime, she becomes horrified after her favorite character, Shion, is killed off. After spending an entire week locked up in her room due to shock, Kae emerges to find she has lost all of her weight. Kae's new-found beauty quickly attracts the attention of her male schoolmates; Yūsuke Igarashi, Nozomu Nanashima, Hayato Shinomiya, and Asuma Mutsumi, who all invite her to watch a movie with them. While trying to deal with all the new attention, Kae ends up giving into her repressed urges when an anime shop has limited goods on sale, revealing to the boys that she is an otaku. Despite this, the boys decide to accept Kae as she is and spend the rest of the day doing what she wants.
